Here are the video clips I showed in class today to drive home the point that in persuasive writing, you need to present your points clearly and have your evidence and facts ready. In this clip, Judge Judy was very specific about the details which this delinquent left out in his testimony:

Notice how Judge Judy tunnels for facts and is very clear about the case:

Take note that she rounds up all the facts before she makes a stand. This is good practice especially when you finish your writing.
